It has been a partnership of firsts – together we’ve created the leisure industry’s first online weight calculator, dealer finder, media centre, motorhome selector, motorhome quote builder, and manufacturer finance calculator. All of these have helped Auto-Trail lead the way in empowering its customers with complex technology packages in easy-to-use solutions.
We’ve also weaved technology into Auto-Trail’s internal customer service process. The release of OMNIA drastically improved Auto-Trail’s warranty, parts ordering, and claim management processes. Our tailored application saves hundreds of thousands in production time and claims, increasing service efficiency three-fold. Together we’re going places.
Even before Kal Group launched Auto-Trail first website we designed their brochures, and to this day still do. Each year we push new creative solutions and ideas forward, ensuring the Auto-Trail brand sits at the forefront for design and desirability.
