You will be responsible for building large-scale websites and eCommerce stores for household names, UK top 100 companies, and some fantastic regional and local brands and businesses.

Using cutting-edge technologies and standards, you will be working closely with our design team to deliver innovative digital shopping experiences.

We are looking for a highly creative individual who has a genuine passion for design, animation, and all things digital. You will be primarily working on frontend code; however, there will be exposed to new languages and technologies to expand your skillset.

Responsibilities

  • Build pixel-perfect, polished ecommerce websites
  • Consult with the design team and validate UX/UI ideas
  • Contribute modular code to the company framework
  • Create and implement automated testing
  • Enhance and optimize frontend performance

Essential Skills

  • Rock solid HTML, CSS, SASS, and Javascript
  • Experience with web animation (CSS transitions, SVG animation, WebGL)
  • Commercial experience using a Javascript framework (Vue, React, Angular)
  • Ability to work with various REST APIs to fetch/ post data
  • Experience with building technologies such as Webpack and Gulp
  • Proficiency in Git version control in a team
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken

Bonus Points

  • Familiar with server-side languages such as PHP Experience with Laravel, Codeigniter and Magento
  • eCommerce expertise
  • Previous experience working in an agency environment
