Spinney has embraced the digital retail space and understands the online showroom is the new forecourt of the mobile leisure industry. Spinney had the foresight to increase its digital advertising output throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, knowing that new staycation buyers could still be acquired online even if they could not visit instore. Our Google and Facebook advertisements exposed over half a million visitors to the Spinney website, brand and services, whilst other retailers could not be found. Playing the long game elevated the Spinney name in the absence of others, delivering record numbers of enquires and sales on opening day and beyond.
